SASCHA THE SCHNAUZER - L

As a puppy in Montana, Sascha had a big dream: to become a cow dog. She imagined herself running through herds of cattle, keeping order across the open prairie.
But life had other plans. Sascha packed up for a new life in Texas with a girl named Maria, and her world grew bigger.
With Maria, Sascha learned adventure: mountain-hiking, basketball games, city parks, and road trips across Texas…
Wherever Maria went, Sascha went too. They were inseparable.
With her, boredom never stood a chance - she was bold, energetic, and always up for adventure. One day, during a road trip, Sascha finally visited a ranch. She was amazed by the endless sky and the massive herd. Everything looked just like in her dream. Everything - except the rest.
The days were loud and busy. The cow dog ran everywhere, clearly exhausted. His kibble looked far less appetizing than Maria’s treats. His bed was dirty and much less comfortable than Maria’s bed or couch. And above all… Sascha never once saw the cow dog receive hugs. That cow dog had no one to give his love to. He wasn’t truly loved.
Then Sascha understood.
Life had given her much more than her puppy dream. It gave her a steady presence that turned ordinary moments into meaningful adventures. She realized how extraordinary her bond with Maria was and wondered how she could honor it. That’s when Sascha began to dream of something new. A book to tell their story. Their beautiful story.
